Input and output devices are actuated via the network of the ALS. Output devices are used to signalise certain events. Supported input devices are sensors for determining the temperature, air humidity and air pressure in the production hall. For further information please contact your ARBURG support team.
To configure the device, enter a descriptive 'Designation' which indicates the function of the device. In the 'Description' field further information on the application of the device is to be entered.
The two 'Types' 'Signalisation'
and 'Temperature/air humidity/air pressure' are currently supported.
The device is actuated via the indicated 'IP address'.
Signalling device:
The device has two outputs (Output: 0 / 1). In order to signalise various
events with one device, three 'Signal patterns' are available. 'Signal duration' and 'Pause before repeat' can be entered in steps of 0.1 seconds. For example: signal duration 2.5 sec and pause before repeat 0.5 sec. In the
'Repeats' field you can determine how often the signal is output again. This means, when 5 is entered at 'Repeats', the signal is output 6 times in total.
