The changes you make to resources in your production and item data are documented in the 'History' function.
As well as basic data for recording the times of events which need to be kept this contains five info lines of 125 characters each for recording a text of your free choice. Templates can be saved for these
fee texts.
The dialog refers to only one machine or mould at a time and offers the functions: 'Create', 'Change' and 'Delete' for editing your inputs.
If you move the mouse cursor over the parting line between the list and the display, the cursor changes to a double arrow. If you now left click with
the mouse, you can change the size relationship between the list and the display area by dragging the mouse.
A text search function is available
in the history data.
As in the other lists, Selection criteria are available here too. With these you can limit the amount of information displayed in the search results. To do this, select a period of time and/or text boxes which contain certain terms. In the 'contains' box you enter the search term without a 'placeholder'. The two 'text boxes' are linked with 'and'. This means that a displayed line will contain both texts.
Changes which you undertake to the display configuration of the 'History', and selection criteria are saved in relation to the context (machine list, item etc.) when you click on the 'save' 
item.
